Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if product is faulty. kaiaivana does not cover returns so please use your most reliable service to ship back to us, keeping track of the tracking number and evidence of shipment. Refunds will be issued on receipt of goods not including the original delivery charge.

We ship every Monday & Thursday

DHL International express - 3-8 days

DPD International express - 3-8 days ( 10 days for Australia and New Zealand)

Royal mail international - 1-3 weeks

Royal mail Uk first class - 1-3 days

We are based in London and Customs /Duty charges are not included in the total and will be charged to the customer. If you refuse the duty charges/fill out incorrect address/failed delivery and the parcel is sent back to us, we charge an extra shipping rate for the cost of the return, which will be deducted from the refund, refunds also don’t include the original delivery charge.

Postal company’s are sometimes responsible for delays which are out of our control, please be patient and email us if you have any questions.
